Steps involved in our ERP implementation

  • Discovery and Planning
  • Design
  • Discovery and Planning
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Ongoing support

The various steps involved in our ERP implementation are as follows:

These benefits will escalate your organization to the next phase by eliminating the possible manual errors and minimizing the human makes.

This is the initial stage from where we begin the process. This stage involves the formulation of the project team, the beginning of the sales process, constructing the project’s lifecycle, and holding up meetings and documentation for planning about the rest of the project lifecycle.
The Design phase involves the overall design of the ERP system. It involves the collaboration between the project team and the implementation team for defining the roles and documenting the standard procedures involved in the system.
The next phase in the ERP implementation cycle is the development phase. At this stage, the structure of the entire system is prepared. This involves setting up everything, customizing, importing data, and building and integrating the submodules to get the final product. Our ERP system is based on the approach of ‘First solve the problem then develop a solution’.
The testing phase is done in collaboration with the team of developers. Once the basic structure is prepared in the development phase, the next phase is to test whether the developed system is as per the requirements or not. If it is not in accordance with the set standards then the development team is notified about that and appropriate changes are then done before deploying the system on the live server.
After the approval of the testing team, the tool is deployed over the server. At this stage, the final data is imported, validated, and published on the live system. Once it is done effectively, the project team then starts working on the system in place of the old system.
This is the last and one of the most important steps in the ERP implementation lifecycle. Timely changes and adjustments are done in the system to ensure that the tool is in place with the requisite configurations as needed with time.
